Chateau Caronne Ste Gemme Vintage 2011A firm Wine Cru favourite. Chteau Caronne Ste Gemme is an estate just south of Saint Julien in the Haut Medoc. Its grand vin is a classic Bordeaux blend, and was classified as a Cru Bourgeois Suprieur of Haut Mdoc in 1932 and Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel in 1966. Traditional made and does well in the not so great vintages like 2011. Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. Bottle condition, capsule excellent, label
