Has an adorable collar, structured balloon sleeves, covered buttons, and a great fit and flare shape. Has some general discoloration in some areas and a dark streak on the back of one of the sleeves. Wear around button holes, not seen when coat is buttoned. Lining has some water staining and a worn area near waist where there is also
