80’s Deadstock Acid Wash High Waist Jeans by ChicVintage 1980's high waist jeans. Deadstock still wearing the tags. Fabric is acid washed. No pockets with front gathers and tapered ankles. Large side tag reads Chic, World's Best Fitting Jeans, Desert Denim. The smaller tag (which has fallen off) reads Chic Petite Misses Size 14, Regal Jean, 100% Cotton. Made in the USA. The Chic label became popular in the 1970's focusing on being proportioned to fit. Excellent, unused condition. Tagged a petite 14
