It was hand selected at the distillery by Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima to commemorate TSR's first anniversary. The award winning Hillrock Estate is one of our local spots, just up the Hudson in Ancram, NY. The owners, Cathy and Jeffrey, have always supported us. In fact, TSR Cask 1, a Hillrock single malt, was the first private barrel released using the TSR license. Cask 3
