1988 Charvel Japan Model HSH Superstrat (Black)Japanese made in 1988 (dated using the original pots), the Model HSH only sold within the Japanese market for a year or so. Jackson Charvel catalog. Basswood body with a maple neck and 22 fret fingerboard (43mm nut width, 648mm scale length), it's the only model to feature HSH pickups (all Jackson branded) controlled by master volume and tone knobs along with a 5 way selector, weighs 3. 7kg's. Loaded with Jackson branded tuners and a Jackson branded

Decent used condition as pictured with some notable cosmetic damage to the finish as pictured

Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing including a some buffing and polishing of some light separation between the fretboard and neck that's been reinforced and is now strong and smooth to the touch

it has a hollow resonance body and is of course with the famous Höfner Control Panel

The guitar then received a full professional setup and service with a fret polish

The distortion is brighter and the treble does not drop

Neck: Neck-Thru Maple

This one looks to have had two more inlays installed and removed at some point along with a re-fret as the frets are high with plenty of life left

Very good vintage condition with only light signs of wear as pictured

Frets are low but smooth and play well
