The wine though is unaffected by the cork problem

1982 was an excellent year for Bordeaux and this wine

Whilst this estates Burgundy roots can be traced back to the 14th Century the domain was started in 1974 and in 2012 Jean Marc's son Thomas took over

but not Haut Brion who made a lovely wine
