Les Forts de Latour 1968The second wine of Chateau Latour, needs no introduction. Sadly not a great vintage, but Latour has a reputation of performing well in the lesser vintages.. Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. 75cl bottle. Abv% not stated. Bottle condition, capsule a little corrosion, label bin soiled, wine level top shoulder.
The resulting wines were lighter in style
