Very lightweight polyester crepe material. The waistband was originally elastic, but no longer has stretch, so the waist measurement below is exact. This would work well with a belt; the bodice is meant to be blousy, and have a slightly oversized fit. In excellent vintage condition, with a couple of raised threads on the back
