Short patent handle with what appears to be brass hinges and a toggle switch for closing. The bottom has 4 little metal feet. Interior is lined in a black fabric with a long gold trimmed side pocket. No manufacturing marks. The only condition issue is on one end you can see the stitch area which has come out a bit. I have photographed this
