Oktoberfest folk style skirt with pleated front and back detailing and three small black ruffles on the bottom. Stunning poppy red, white, and teal flower embroidery and ribbons lining the top and bottom hem. Made of incredibly thick fabric and fully lined with a back zipper closure.
