There are buckles on the side to bring in the waist and let the top stay billowy. There are also buckle on the sleeves so you can be punk with a rolled up look. It is a mini dress to complete the bad girl style. There is a spot at the back shoulder where the mesh is apart. It is marked a size M and measures 64 cm across
