VINTAGE 60s 70s BLUE WHITE FLEUR DE LIS SHIRT WAIST BELTED DRESS SUMMER 14 16This is a gorgeous vintage shirt waist dress made from a bright blue textured polyester fabric. With a wide notched collar, white button fastenings that run down to the fitted waist, a detachable belt and side zip fastening, and an inverted pleat skirt to add a slight flare to the shape.
