70's Plaid Pencil Skirt by PendletonVintage 1970s Pendleton Tartan Plaid Skirt. Size Medium. Lovely 100% wool straight skirt with kick pleat and pockets. Fully lined. Not sure of the Tartan, could be one of the Stewart dress tartans. Lighter weight wool is perfect for Autumn Fall or the Holidays Tartan is anchored with white green and red, and crossed with blue, yellow and black MEASUREMENTS & INFO CLEAN & READY TO WEAR Measured flat then doubled where appropriate Waist: 28 inches (CM)
I believe its from the 70's but there are no tags
will comfortably fit a 10 or 11” bicep
