La Petite Perriere Pinot NoirLa Petite Perriere is made up of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This Pinot Noir is bright and refreshing, touting the typical magenta hue of a Pinot Noir. On the palate, it has red berry fruits with a smooth, juicy body rounded by a bed of soft tannins. This is a juicier Pinot Noir to a traditional Pinot Noir. It is great on its own but also pairs well with cured meats and salty cheese.
All grapes are destemmed and then aged in stainless steel for 12 months
with flavours of allspice
This wine is made from mostly Mauzac
it displays ripe red fruit reminiscent of plums and cherries
with a spicy finish
with a decidedly new-world attitude
layered with honey and vanilla
marked by a spicy
and subtly sweet taste
On the palate
the fresh citrus notes continue on to the palate
