Louis Jadot, Chablis ClosVague whiffs of oak, iodine and mineral reduction add breadth to the mildly exotic white and yellow orchard fruit aromas. There is fine volume and mid palate density to the rich, powerful and muscular larger scaled flavors that exude evident minerality on the perceptibly warm though refreshingly dry finale. This isnt a classic rendition, but it is impressive in its fashion while offering good development potential.

with velvety tannins building slowly and framing the wine's lush fruit

as well as dark stones and black fruit

This dramatic effort is lush but focused with excellent length and it should develop well over the next decade

A slightly more deeply pitched and earthier nose reflects plenty of floral influence along with wood and menthol hints

Pungent aromas of reduction and wood toast dominate the nose at present so be sure to give this some air first

peppery and aromatic
