Orvis CFO III Fly Reel - screwbackFor sale here is an early 70's Orvis CFO III fly reel the screwback model with three holes in the reel foot. This reel is used, but mechanically it feels as solid as the day it left the factory. Nice fishing reel and a rarely seen early model.
When it recently arrived at the shop I instantly remembered having seen Tom fishing with it in and around Music Mountain
Get this one for a bargain while it's still available
Medium cigar grip with small 1/4 inch corks
There are three tips
Comes with its original Vom Hofe leather case
There is light wear to the reel seat and a small dent in the butt cap
Comes with the original neoprene case for the reel and a spare spool without a case
For sale here is a recently made left-hand retrieve Hardy Perfect 2 7/8" fly reel with agate line guide in mint unused condition
Medium flamed cane
I would rate it best with a 5 weight line
It's really hard to find this size with a nickel silver line guard and this has one
