It has a yellow 8 or 9wt line on it
I built this rod about 15 years ago
The reel seat is varnished walnut with Bob's (as usual) excellent hand-turned hardware
2-tip rod built for a #10 line
with the line and backing
Backing plus a #6 or #7 sinking line loaded on it
made for a 3 weight line but also casts a 2 weight quite well
A superb addition to anyone's late 19th Alnwick collection
