This is an E. C. built rod, not a later Tony Maslan rod. The rod features hollow built cane. Coppery golden wraps with full intermediates, beige and black tipping at the hook keeper. Bright guides. The patent number script on the butt remains as clean and bold as the day is was written. Brass, u shaped hook

The reel is 2 3/4" in diameter and has a spool width of 3/4 of an inch
