Hardy Perfect 3 1/8" Fly Reel - LHWFor sale here is a supremely scarce Hardy Perfect 3 1 8" fly reel in left hand retrieve. Made in the 50s 60s. Excellent condition. Flawless agate line guide. Smooth alloy foot. No issues whatsoever other than some cosmetic use marks.
I particularly like the conception of the piece - "coming and going" - with one side of the hen fish painted bright to capture the incoming migration
3 1/2" in diameter it has a spool width of 1 3/8" and is designed for WF 10 lines and 175 yards of #20 backing
The reverse half wells grip measures 5 7/8" with light soiling
Everything else is absolutely original
The tips feature the serial number as well as being numbered for convenience
