Two wines that I did not see from bottle have turned out to be close to perfection

The acidity seems reasonable but on the lower side

Here the nose is similar to that of the regular cuvée save for the fact that the fruit is slightly riper and denser
This is exuberantly fresh with its pretty array that is composed by notes of both red and dark pinot fruit
20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot and Malbec and aged for ten years in barriques
