Milk And Honey ClassicTel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery has released its very first single malt! Called the Classic expression, it was matured in bourbon and virgin oak casks as well as red wine seasoned STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) casks. There's a wonderful balance of hallmark honey notes alongside malt sweetness and rich chocolate.
