Hayotzer Genesis ShirazThis dark violet red wine features aromas of cassis and juniper berry. It has flavors of black currant, cherry, fennel and a hint of smoke, with vivid acidity that stands up to burly tannins. Although the long finish is marked with notes of citrus zest, tannins linger on the palate.
Reserve was aged for a total of 28 months in French oak barrels
