Lot 106 - Antique Hand-Painted Art Nouveau Royal Bonn Ewer With Gilt Accents And Floral Decoration, 8-3/4" HPre Auction Notes: Antique Royal Bonn porcelain ewer with an ornate gilt handle and spout, hand painted with large pink and deep burgundy flowers and green foliage, outlined in gold. Cream colored ground with a soft luster finish. Marked on base with the red Royal Bonn shield and crown mark. Exhibits light wear to gilt and minor surface marks consistent with age.
The shield measures 15 inches across
We trimmed the rest of the date off and have affixed it to the back of the frame
Here is a gorgeous antique Victorian era framed paper punchwork needlepoint embroidery that reads No Cross No Crown with symbols representing the cross and the crown
