it has regained the form that it originally displayed from cask and should continue to reward patience for those fortunate enough to have bottles in their cellars
precise and intensely fruity bouquet of ripe fruits and elegant terroir notes
A restrained and markedly cool nose reflects notes of violet
as well as abundant and fine bubbles
In sum this is beautiful juice that is now fully in its prime window of mature drinkability
Its opaque purple color
This displayed a nose that bordered on being surmature with traces of stewed fruit along with good spiciness and earth nuances
The supple and relatively forward medium weight flavors possess an appealing sense of energy
