This wine presents a mixture of dark berries aromas with a hint of pepper. In the mouth there is coffee and vanilla with a long mint finish. This wine loves beef BBQ and heavy spiced dishes.
The wine is comprised of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 35% Petit Verdot
After gentle press the wine aged in French oak barrels for two years
which will allow it to be appreciated fairly quickly
