A few years of experimentation would ultimately lead to the successful launch of Mirabelle Brut and Mirabelle Brut Rose in 1992. This wine is a specially crafted blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from

well crafted tequila with green vegetal notes like fresh jalapeno balanced notes of cooked agave and white pepper

Master Distiller Richard Paterson selected a range of differently aged malts matured in a mixure of French wine casks
