2018 Thorn-Clarke William Randell Shiraz 750mlAPPEARANCE Deep and inky red in colour. AROMA The wine shows a lifted bouquet of black cherry, rich plum and brambles. Further aromas of five spice and liquorice are paired with inegrated oak notes. PALATE The palate is plush with powerful mouth filling fruit. Dense blackberry, spiced oak and long powdery tannins give this wine epic length. VINIFICATION Following harvest the fruit was crushed into a variety of small fermenters (4 to 6T in capacity).
