1970's Boss GE-10 Graphic Equalizer EQ MIJ Japan Vintage Effects PedalOne of the first products ever released by Boss, the GE 10 is a 10 band equalizer with capabilities to boost cut of up to + 12dB between 31Hz and 16kHz. Used famously in the '80s by Eddie Van Halen for a midrange boost as a core ingredient of the 'brown sound'. Good overall condition, serviced and working well. 240v model with an Australian power plug. The LEVEL slider on this one was replaced at some point with a pot.

Loaded with the factory fitted Fender Lace Sensor single coil pickups controlled by a 5-way selector

I believe it's an LS-600 given the weight but with the replacement tuners it's hard to tell exactly

Plays and sounds great and appears all original except for the new locks on the nut

The frets have plenty of life with some pitting (mainly on the high E and higher frets) but it plays smoothly with a straight neck and fully functional truss

Part of the Fender Japan Pro Feel series of "contemporary" models released in the late 1980's

The neck joins at the 17th fret which differs from the later 2005 - 2019 run which has a neck joint at the 16th fret

with the only difference being the name

Controlled by a single volume knob and factory loaded with a Floyd Rose tremolo system
