Chateau Meyney Vintage 2013Formed as an ecclesiastical vineyard in 1662, it is one of the oldest estates in the Medoc, although its modern history began in 1917 when it was acquired by the Cordier family. A Cru Bourgeois that is considered by some critics to rival many Cru Classe wines particularly since 1975. The 2103 was a difficult one after frosts and hailstones plagued the vintage. The skill of the wine makers was tested. They are good wines. Typical Blend, Cabernet
