Made from a select batch of grapes grown on our Glenkara Estate vineyard. This bold Cabernet was matured in a combination of French and American oak barriques for 15 months. Perfect with pasta, casseroles, red meat, pork and roasted poultry dishes.
The wine is fresh on entry to the palate with citrus notes of blood orange
firm tannins

this is classic Yarra Yering Shiraz
and hints of forest floor
The vineyards are treated organically and hold only old vines (30-100 years)
a wine that beautifully captures the essence of Burgundy
