Scarlet Peach Japanese Amaro 700mLA seasonal amaro made using local peaches, hand harvested by founder Tatsuya Motonaga and 100 community volunteers from YJ Peach Farm, 100 km west of Tokyo. The peach juice is used to proof down the amaro to 19% ABV, giving it rich, vibrant, juicy peach flavors. The nose has white peach and a slight hint of acidity on an herbal backbone.
