Icelandic HaddockIcelandic Haddock is sold skin on (skin off by request!) and is caught long line and flown in fresh daily. Larger than (1 2 lbs each) local Gloucester haddock, it is a flaky white fish that is mild in flavor. Haddock is the preferred species among most New Englanders.
