Intellitube 10", KC5752-10Intellitubes are specially modified Teflon tubes that are an integral part of the Intellivent venting system. The tubes are machined to the correct inside diameter and a groove has been made to hold the Intellivents (KC401852) in place. This design allows the vents to work properly while preventing them from falling out of the tube. Intellitubes are available in 1 diameter, and 6(KC5752 6), 8(KC5752 8) and 10(KC5752 10) lengths.

Multi-purpose penetrating lubricant with PTFE

It is easily cut with a knife to the desired size and shape and has a self- adhering feature that facilitates simple installation on the mold

Using Retex Tools can reduce scrap rates caused by scratches or gouges that occur after the molding process

The use of metal scrapers for cleaning is the biggest contributor to damaged parting lines and should be avoided

This design allows the vents to work properly while preventing them from falling out of the tube
